How much does expat health insurance cost in Spain?

Our expat health insurance plan is one of the most affordable options available for newcomers to Spain.

Monthly premiums are determined by age and increase automatically starting from the month of your birthday when you move into a new age bracket. Premiums are not locked in at the time of sign-up.

The following monthly and annual rates apply:

  • Ages 0-39: €72/month (or €864/year)

  • Ages 40-44: €88/month (or €1,056/year)

  • Ages 45-49: €91/month (or €1,092/year)

  • Ages 50-54: €101/month (or €1,212/year)

  • Ages 55-59: €122/month (or €1,464/year)

  • Ages 60-64: €175/month (or €2,100/year)

  • Ages 65-69: €239/month (or €2,868/year)

  • Ages 70-74: €296/month (or €3,552/year)

Who is eligible for expat health insurance?

Our expat health insurance is available to newcomers arriving in Spain who are aged 0–75. The plan can cover you for up to 5 years from your arrival date.
