Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the start date. In order to change the start date, first sign up for a new policy with the correct start date.

Following, please go to your old policy in your account and select cancel with the reason 'I have another health insurance'. If your old policy hasn't started yet, you will automatically receive a full refund.
