When you start an insurance policy, a premium payment is collected during the sign up process, even if the policy starts in the future.
How are subsequent premium payments made?
This depends on whether you have paid monthly or annually.
Monthly payment: premium payments are deducted automatically on a monthly basis. Please make sure that the payment method you want to use is marked as “default payment method” in your Feather account.
Annual payment: If you pay annually for a visa or residence permit, you pay for the entire year in advance at checkout and will not pay again until the second year.
