You can cancel your annual insurance policy by contacting us here. You must send the cancellation request using the email address linked to your policy at least one month before the policy's renewal date. Since the policy is annual, monthly cancellations are not possible. Feather sends you a reminder email also when you have one month left to renew.
What happens if I want to cancel before the end of the year?
If you wish to cancel for any other reason before the end of the year, you will need to follow these steps.
Logging in to your Feather account;
Selecting your expat health insurance policy; and
Clicking on the cancel button
Unless you are within your 14-day withdrawal period, once that period has passed, you will have to pay in advance for the remaining months, as the policy is annual, not monthly.
