How do I file an insurance claim and what is the process?

The time it takes to process a claim depends on how complex the claim is. Depending on their complexity, claims may take between 2 and 4 weeks to resolve.

Once your claim is approved, we will transfer the reimbursement directly to the bank account you provided in your claim request. The compensation covers the costs you incurred according to your insurance limits.

You must submit any claim within one year of the incident date or within one year after your insurance policy ends. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
