How can I request a reimbursement?

In the event of an incident, you can file a claim easily through your Feather account. If additional information is required, our insurance experts will contact you via email to guide you through the process.

Claims can take different timeframes depending on complexity. When the claim is approved, the reimbursement will be directly transferred to the account provided in the claim request. Compensation is based on the incurred costs within the insured limits, and claims must be submitted within one year of the incident or policy termination.
