Where can I find my billing history?

Your billing history is available in your account, where you can view and download past invoices individually. To access your billing history:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Open "Account."

  3. Select "Billing and payment."

  4. Open "Billing history."

How are my insurance policies billed?

Your billing schedule depends on the payment frequency you chose when signing up. Monthly payment plans are billed on the 1st of each month. Annual payment plans are billed once a year on your policy anniversary date. If you started a new policy with monthly payments, your first charge will be a partial payment covering the period from your policy start date through the last day of that calendar month.

Can I get a tax statement or proof of payment for my expat health insurance?

We do not issue tax statements for expat health insurance premiums. If you need proof of payment for any official purpose, the following documents are available to download in the "Billing history" section of your account:

  • Monthly receipts, if you pay monthly.

  • Yearly receipts, if you pay annually.

For proof of coverage, your Confirmation of Coverage, also available in your account, show a yearly premium total. If you require a full payment record, you may also need to use your own bank statements alongside your policy details and billing receipts.
