How can I submit a claim?

How it works?

  • You simply visit an approved doctor or hospital

  • Show your health card, and the provider pays the hospital/doctor directly

  • No paperwork, no reimbursements, no upfront payments for covered services.

When do you need to submit a claim?

You may need to submit a claim only in specific situations, such as:

  • Emergency care abroad (if you couldn’t contact in advance)

  • Travel-related expenses (e.g. receipts for treatment or accommodation)

  • Other exceptional cases where you paid out of pocket

Keep in mind:

  • Keep all receipts and medical reports

  • Treatments outside the network are not reimbursed (except emergencies)

  • Always try to contact us, especially abroad, to avoid paying upfront
