How it works?
You simply visit an approved doctor or hospital
Show your health card, and the provider pays the hospital/doctor directly
No paperwork, no reimbursements, no upfront payments for covered services.
When do you need to submit a claim?
You may need to submit a claim only in specific situations, such as:
Emergency care abroad (if you couldn’t contact in advance)
Travel-related expenses (e.g. receipts for treatment or accommodation)
Other exceptional cases where you paid out of pocket
Keep in mind:
Keep all receipts and medical reports
Treatments outside the network are not reimbursed (except emergencies)
Always try to contact us, especially abroad, to avoid paying upfront
