You have a 14-day cancellation window from the start of your policy to receive a full refund. If you’d like to cancel your policy, please contact us using the email address associated with your policy at least one month before the renewal date.
After this period, policies are subject to a minimum term of one year.
Please note that your policy will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least one month before the renewal date of the policy.
