How to start a conversation with support from your Feather account

You can contact our support team directly from your Feather account. After signing in, start a conversation from the Support tab, the Account tab, or an individual policy by clicking "Contact us" and selecting "Start a conversation." We recommend signing in before you reach out, and our typical reply time is 1 business day.

How do I log in to my Feather account?

You can sign in to your Feather account in a few steps:

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Follow the prompts to finish signing in.

Where can I start a conversation with support from my Feather account?

Once you're signed in, you can start a conversation with our support team from three places in your Feather account:

  • Support tab: open the Support tab, click "Contact us" to open the messenger, then select "Start a conversation."

  • Account tab: open the Account tab, click "Contact us" to open the messenger, then select "Start a conversation."

  • A specific policy: to ask about one of your existing policies, open the Policies tab, click into that policy, click "Contact us" to open the messenger, then select "Start a conversation."
