Go to the Feather sign-in page at https://app.feather-insurance.com/account/signin/question/email.
Enter your email address.
Follow the prompts to finish signing in.
Where can I start a conversation with support from my Feather account?
Once you're signed in, you can start a conversation with our support team from three places in your Feather account:
Support tab: open the Support tab, click "Contact us" to open the messenger, then select "Start a conversation."
Account tab: open the Account tab, click "Contact us" to open the messenger, then select "Start a conversation."
A specific policy: to ask about one of your existing policies, open the Policies tab, click into that policy, click "Contact us" to open the messenger, then select "Start a conversation."
