Damages from others: Legal representation against others for vehicle damages.
Medical injuries to yourself: Bodily injuries and death of the driver.
Traffic fines protection: Legal assistance and defense in traffic prosecutions, including the management of objections and appeals.
What is not covered:
General:
Accidents that occurred prior to start of policy.
Deliberate or negligent damage, including substance impairment and/or participating in competitive events (including training or practice).
Claims involving close relatives or household members without economic ties (e.g., flatmates).
Payment of fines or penalties.
Claims while driving without a valid license or under disqualification orders.
Damages to your vehicle:
Vehicle theft and accidents occurring post-theft.
Wear and tear.
Damage to accessories or tires (including covers and inner tubes).
Issues due to inherent defects or lack of maintenance.
Legal claims presented to other people without prior insurer notification.
Medical injuries to yourself:
Scars or aesthetic injuries.
Conditions linked to other injuries.
Traffic fines protection:
Claims presented without prior insurer notification.
Legal defense in contentious-administrative proceedings.
Remember: Whether you're the owner or not, you're covered while riding any bike or personal mobility vehicle that stops power at 25km/h.
Still, the “Own damage protection” is limited to the vehicle you included while signing up, purchased no more than 15 days before the policy start date. The rest of coverages still apply, regardless of purchase date.
